Role:Provide remote technical support for customers.Conduct customer training on business systems and tools (connectivity tool, e-commerce, and power connect).Assist in marketing and sales support.Support customers in identifying parts or services and assist our sales team with spare parts quotations.Responsible for service/warranties/connectivity contracts quotations.Process and handle automated leads.Foster strong collaboration with our main Distribution Center and Divisions.Requirements:Technical Degree or equivalent education in a technical field.Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.Native Portuguese speaker, good level of English; additional languages are a plus.Dynamic, result-driven, and self-motivating approach.Good communication, teamwork, and customer-focused skills.Familiarity with SAP is a plus.What we offer?Health insurance, pension plan, monthly massage in the office, meal allowance, and working in a regional team.
