Role: Provide remote technical support for customers.
Conduct customer training on business systems and tools (connectivity tool, e-commerce, and power connect).
Assist in marketing and sales support.
Support customers in identifying parts or services and assist our sales team with spare parts quotations.
Responsible for service/warranties/connectivity contracts quotations.
Process and handle automated leads.
Foster strong collaboration with our main Distribution Center and Divisions.
Requirements: Technical Degree or equivalent education in a technical field.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
Native Portuguese speaker, good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
Dynamic, result-driven, and self-motivating approach.
Good communication, teamwork, and customer-focused skills.
Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
