Responsabilidades Chave Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social messaging channels (as assigned);
Ability to adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews) channels;
Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented;
Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information;
Competências Fluency in both Danish and English, spoken and written;
Preferably previous working experience in a call center;
High school diploma or a higher education degree;
Experience in technical troubleshooting (preferable);
Principais Benefícios What do we have for you?
Base salary of 1500€/month;
Performance bonus up to 120€/month;
Meal allowance of 7.23€ per day;
Health insurance;
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm;
2 days off: Saturday and Sunday;
Relocation package;
Location: Lisbon (Oriente)
