**Position Description**:

**Your future duties and responsibilities**:
As a Incident Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the process.
- Remediate deviation of a process for its particular division/department/school.
- Responsible for communicating with the Incident Process Owner.
- Point of contact for all Major Incidents.
- Well versed in ITIL.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:
Education and Certification
- University degree or comparable education.
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in Incident Management.
- English Language (written and spoken).
- German Language (optional)
