**SDR MANAGER (Telemarketing/Telesales experience)**

Our Partner is a fast growing, young and dynamic company, using the latest technology on the market, using Artificial Intelligence to help retailers detect and reduce shoplifting.

**What you'll do**

You will be building a world class, Sales Development Representative team and will be responsible for managing, coaching and training them to rapidly build opportunities for the Account Executive team. You will need to demonstrate the ability to guide your team, as well as be hands-on to create and execute prospecting, identify customer needs, demonstrate product knowledge, and help drive opportunities for sales. You will be based in Lisbon, Portugal and report directly to the Sales VP.

**Responsibilities**

**Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, hire, manage a diverse team of Sales Development Representatives, located in different geographies (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and Brazil).
- Coach your team through mentorship and modelling of positive behaviours to deliver results.
- Build a team culture, keeping the team engaged, informed, and motivated.
- Foster a collaborative, results driven and healthy team culture.
- Lead and enforce regular performance reviews on SDR team, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of training programmes to ensure the team’s necessary skills and knowledge.
- Build, maintain and manage a high-performing team that aligns with the organization's values and goals.

**Operation**:

- Responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with

organizational policies.
- Propose and implement policies, processes and procedures aiming the productivity improvement.
- Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved and enhance operational

performance.
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

**Process and performance Analytics**:

- Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics for the SDR team, regularly reporting on key insights to leadership.
- Utilise data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving data-informed decision-making.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in SDR role, evolving for Team Lead/Manager position, demonstrating successful leadership and results in a startup environment, **will be highly valued.**
**- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a SDR Coordinator, Team Lead, Manager, or equivalent**
- Solid experience in Telemarketing and Telesales operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Autonomy and constant pursuit for excellence
- Strong capacity of Time and Priorities Management
- Committed, resilient and Team Player
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of English, written and spoken. French is a plus.
