O Grupo Speak and Lead, procura Sales Specialist para integrar a equipa em regime presencial e full time em Lisboa - Telheiras.

Estamos a colaborar com cada vez mais empresas a nível nacional e de forma a expandir estamos a procura de um Junior Sales Executive para ficar responsável por parte dessa expansão.

**Principais responsabilidades do/a Sales Specialist**:
Responsável no seguimento de pedidos de formação
Prospeção de mercado e angariação de novos clientes
Contacto direto com os clientes
Acompanhamento e follow up de todo o processo comercial e apresentação de soluções
Preparação de Propostas de Formação
Definição de estratégias comerciais

Boa Capacidade de comunicação
Orientação para o cliente e para resultados
Organização e gestão de tempo
Autonomia e Proatividade
Foco em desenvolvimento, evolução e melhoria contínua
Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e de trabalho em equipa
Ética e Integridade
Valorizamos experiência comercial prévia (não eliminatório)
Valorizamos participação em associações/núcleos jovens, Júniores empresas, Sociedades de Debate etc. (não eliminatório)
