Sales Administration Executive

(Lisbon, M/F)

Our client is one of the main distributors in Portugal, working with renowned Customers. The Company represents in Portugal well-known FMCG and Consumer Healthcare Brands such as Adidas, Castrol, Eryplast, Fluocaril, Lindor, Rimmel, RoC, Scholl and Wella.

Currently, the company is willing to integrate a Sales Administration Executive.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the CFO, the Sales Administration Executive will interact with key stakeholders (Customers, Logistics operator and internal Commercial, Marketing and IT Departments). The Sales Administration Executive will be responsible for the global delivery processes for a group of clients.

**Some of your daily tasks will consist of**:
Processing Customer Orders, Issuing Delivery Notes, Invoices, Credit and Debit Notes;
Contact with customers and logistics operators;
Contact with internal departments;
Register commercial discounts in the system;
Analysis of Customer returns;
Analysis of Customer penalties.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:
Required Skills / Experience

12th grade or Degree.
Professional experience in similar function will be valued;
Knowledge from the User's perspective of Management Software in the Customers and Stock modules (please indicate in your CV which Management Software you worked with);
Experience with MS Office, with medium-advanced knowledge of Excel;
Good verbal and written skills - Portuguese;
Average knowledge of Spanish and English.
