Overview:
The Sales Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer and property data in the CRM, handling the contract lifecycle for recurring agreements, and performing a variety of general administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. For region-specific roles, multilingual proficiency is an advantage to support localized operations.

What will you do?
- Property Base Management: Own and maintain the property database within the CRM system; Ensure all property information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized; Collaborate with the sales team to capture and input new property data as needed;
- Contract Expiry Lifecycle Management: Manage the contract renewal and expiry lifecycle for recurring contracts; Notify customers and internal teams of upcoming contract expirations; Facilitate the preparation and distribution of renewal documents;
- General Sales Administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team as required; Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support sales activities; Ensure alignment with internal processes and compliance requirements.

What are we looking for?
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred;
- Professional Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, CRM management, or a similar support role; Experience with contract management is a plus;
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, or equivalent); Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Language Skills: English and (required based on region French, Italian, Spanish & Arabic);
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
