Business Relationship Manager For Sales

Description This role focuses on the Sales Administration global function, specifically its associated capabilities and processes. Process design and implementation Define and own the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from a technical perspective, including customer EDI, at the global and enterprise level. Collaborate with business end-to-end (E2E) process owners and functional departments on global, regional, and site levels to implement standard O2C processes. Work closely with E2E process owners, sales leaders, and major stakeholders to ensure process definition aligns with the enterprise vision. Coordinate with IT and systems integration (SI) counterparts for successful solution validation, process design, implementation, testing, and roll-out. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls for relevant countries. Act as an expert and focal point for the development and enhancement of the O2C solution, providing support to local super-users and stakeholders on crucial functionalities and issues. Process operations and optimization: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of O2C Operations to internal customers. Maintain adequate and updated process documentation. Handle queries and escalations, responding to critical vendor and internal customer inquiries. Drive innovation and implement new technologies to improve the O2C process. Promote standardization and harmonization of O2C processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
