Business Relationship Manager for Sales & Administration (m/f/d)
In this position, you will be part of our team in the HQ Europe for the specific Sales Administration global function associated capabilities and processes.
Key Accountabilities and Activities
Process design and implementation:
Define and own the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from a technical perspective, including customer EDI, at the global and enterprise level.
Collaborate with the business E2E process owners as well as functional departments on global, regional, and site level to implement standard O2C processes.
Work closely with E2E process owners, sales leaders, and major stakeholders to ensure the process definition is aligned with the enterprise vision.
Work with IT and SI counterparts for successful solution validation, process design, solution implementation, testing, and roll-out.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls for concerned countries.
Act as an expert and focal point for the development and enhancement of the O2C solution and provide support to local super-users/stakeholders on crucial functionalities and/or issues.
Process operations and optimization:
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of O2C Operations to internal customers.
Ensure that adequate and updated process documentation exists and is used.
Handle queries and escalations, respond to critical vendor and internal customer inquiries.
Drive innovation and implementation of new technologies to improve the O2C process.
Drive standardization and harmonization of O2C processes.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP SD consulting, with a strong focus on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
Proven experience in designing and implementing global O2C solutions in collaboration with cross-functional and global teams.
Deep knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and automotive industry processes, with the ability to align technical solutions with business requirements.
SAP SD certification is mandatory, with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing SAP SD modules.
Experience working in an international environment with a focus on compliance, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.
Strong communication skills in English (fluent) and Japanese as a bonus, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
Proven ability to drive innovation in O2C processes and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure the timely delivery of solutions.
