Estamos atualmente a recrutar para a área de Customer Service para integração imediata na equipa na zona de Braga.

**Perfil**:

- Experiência profissional de 2 anos numa função semelhante;
- Formação Superior;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
- Forte orientação comercial e motivação para atingir resultados;
- Capacidade de gestão de prioridades;
- Conhecimentos avançados de inglês e espanhol;
- Conhecimentos básicos de francês;
- Capacidade de gestão de tempo, organização e de coordenação de diferentes projetos em simultâneo;
- Conhecimentos médios do Microsoft Office (Excel; Word; Power Point);
- Carta de condução.

**Principais Responsabilidades**:

- Atendimento telefônico e presencial;
- Gestão do serviço de apoio ao cliente;
- Gestão de reclamações e responsável pelo serviço pós-venda;
- Gestão de encomendas de clientes;
- Responsável pela faturação e orçamentação;
- Gestão e tratamento da base de dados de clientes.

Pagamento: De 900,00€ por mês

- De segunda à sexta-feira
