**Your day to day**:
*** O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para a sua Unidade Convent Square Lisbon Hotel em Lisboa**:
*** Chefe de Sala (M/F)**
*** Principais Responsabilidades**:
***
- **Garantir a preparação do Restaurante de acordo com os standards previstos;**
***
- **Supervisionar a atividade de Sala, antes, durante e depois do serviço, assegurando o bom funcionamento do espaço;**
***
- **Correto acompanhamento dos clientes de modo a potenciar a satisfação destes, antecipando quaisquer anomalias e dinamizando a venda;**
***
- **Cooperar com o **_Chef_** de Cozinha no que respeita à consistência do serviço;**
***
- **Colaborar na definição de escalas, horários de trabalho e períodos de férias da equipa**_;_**
***
- **Coordenar o fecho diário das vendas;**
***
- **Controlar os stocks de produtos relacionados com o serviço de Sala.**

- **Formação na área no âmbito de curso profissional;**
***
- **Experiência profissional comprovada na função valorizando-se experiência em cadeias hoteleiras internacionais;**
***
- **Domínio da língua inglesa (outros idiomas são valorizados);**
***
- **Sentido de responsabilidade e de organização;**
***
- **Atitude atenciosa e prestável para com os clientes, tratando-os com simpatia;**
***
- **Espírito de equipa, proatividade e dinamismo;**
***
- **Apresentação cuidada;**
***
- **Disponibilidade imediata.**
