**BD Manager**

**Misión del Puesto**: Analizar el sector asignado y su entorno competitivo y poner en práctica las acciones definidas en el plan de negocio del sector: identificar clientes objetivo, evaluar oportunidades de negocio, contacto proactivo con potenciales clientes, manejar el presupuesto de nuevo negocio para el sector de referencia, preparar y presentar propuestas de negocio, trabajar conjuntamente con el departamento legal en la negociación del contratos. Liderará el proceso O2D. Identificar eventos sectoriales para motivar elnetworking con los clientes target definidos en el sector de referencia.

**Principales Responsabilidades de la Posición**:

- Hacer prospecciones de clientes potenciales, identificando sus necesidades potenciales y nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el sector o sectores asignados.
- Desarrollar, gestionar, mantener y revisar el flujo de ventas; proactivamente identificar objetivos / posibilidades y oportunidades con foco a nível local y regional.
- Dirigir el desarrollo de las ofertas y trabajando estrechamente con los departamentos de Solutions Design, Recursos Humanos, Finanzas, marketing, operaciones, IT.
- Definir, junto con la unidad de negocio del sector o sectores asignados, el plan estratégico del Sector, identificando nuevas oportunidades, y realizar una investigación de mercado del sector y de los competidores del mismo.
- Definir la propuesta de valor de los clientes, junto con el resto del equipo involucrado en el proyecto.
- Asesorar a los clientes potenciales analizando y estudiando los cambios necesarios del servicio ofrecido para dar una respuesta a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Participar en la puesta en marcha de la operativa de nuevos clientes hasta que se produce la primera.
- Junto con las operaciones y el equipo de marketing, es el responsable de los conocimientos del sector: las tendencias del mercado, los nuevos modelos logísticos, tecnología innovadora, servicios, productos y competidores. Identificar eventos sectoriales para motivar el networking con los clientes target definidos en el sector de referencia.

**Perfil Requerido**:

- Aportar, al menos, cinco años de experiência en desarrollo de negocio en soluciones de venta consultiva en compañía multinacional.
- Licenciado/a en ADE y/o ingeniería industrial o estudios afines.
- Valorable MBA o posgrado en desarrollo de negocio.
- Comunicación, impacto e influencia. Proactividad y competencias comerciales.
- Alto nível de inglés.
