**Responsibilities**:
**What will you contribute?**

This is a leadership role, in which the TCM BU leadership strategy needs to be implemented in a way that creates environment where the SDR team consistently perform their best. Nurturing the team and providing motivation are critical to the success of this role.

**Strategic Goals & Deliverables**:

- Support the BU’s strategic priority of increasing end-to-end ownership of TCM’s sales cycle and reducing hand-overs
- Build a motivated and high-energy team
- Provide career programs and career development opportunities for SDR team
- Collaborate with BDMs to bring together RSMs, sales, marketing and GSC in order to increase penetration of our CAM

**Accountabilities**
- This is not just a people manager role:

- Help define the SDR team strategy, not just execute on it
- Full alignment with BU objectives above is crucial
- Be a coach and a mentor to the SDR team
- Lead by example and show how things need to be done
- Manage onboarding, training, performance and eventually graduation of individuals and moves to other roles
- Train and manage the team on BAU SDR tasks, KPIs and performance
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity

**Skills Requirements**:

- Self motivated and result-oriented to assist with driving strategic initiatives and programs
- Ability to influence and work successfully with different stakeholders
- Great communicator that provides clarity during times of change
- Motivate team members through creative incentives

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Previous experience within a B2B SDR / BDR or Sales Management role, leading a team
- Proven track record of success and achieving measurable goals
- Degree BA in Business or Engineering
