We work smart and act fast to source and attract the best talents through extensive online media and technology channels. We also provide RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and in-house recruitment services (on-site or remote) for our clients in Europe.
We are looking for a passionate Business Manager who will help us grow our business in Europe. This role is a newly created, fully remote, and full-time role. It is reporting to the CEO.
Job Requirements
Generating new business from lead generation, area knowledge, client meetings, social media, networking events and word of mouth
Developing client and business relationships
Developing the sales strategy with us and helping to optimize existing processes.
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
Managing the process through customer attraction to onboarding, then interview to offer stage and beyond
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Assessing potential partnerships and alliance opportunities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development in the staffing/recruitment industry
Experience developing and negotiating contracts with local and global clients
Have an advanced level of English
Have an optimistic and proactive mentality, always looking for alternative solutions and proposing new actions to develop your market and your customers.
Have a clear future vision, being able to generate your own market development action plan.
Have self-directed and independent work, that you can plan your own times and that you are used to working for objectives and deadlines.
Have excitement about talking to customers, engaging with people and creating a brand for yourself based on excellent customer service, professional delivery and sound advice and guidance.
