Tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance.
- Promptly respond to user inquiries and provide efficient resolutions to technical issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnosing and resolving technical problems effectively.
- Offer guidance on system functionalities, usage, and best practices to users.
- Document user interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide up-to-date technical support.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Help Desk Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Language proficiency: German B1 and English B1.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to document information accurately.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
