Damia Portugal is now looking for an Office Assistant, to be responsible for the office and help both the People and Finance departments with the administrative duties, on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Good MS Office skills;
- Passion for learning and working in a growing team;
- Ability to multi-task at all levels;
- Be a practical person with a can-do attitude ;
- You’re a very organized and dynamic person;
- You speak English;
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar will be a big advantage

**Responsibilities**:
People and Office:

- Control our office stocks (merchandising and supplies);
- Help getting more protocols to our employees/company;
- Update our database with new information (stocks, event budgets, etc);
- Help to find suppliers for our team buildings/events;
- Make sure that computers and the remaining tools are available and ready for use ;
- Handle the post and parcels ;
- Manage HBO and Spotify accounts;
- Schedule appointments in any public services (Segurança Social, Finanças, IEFP, etc);
- Scheduling hotels, travels, team buildings, etc;
- Be responsible for the Safety and Work of the office - comply with requests and ensure everything in the office is in order.

Finance:

- Tracking and reconciling bank statements, processing payments, maintaining cost

reports and managing invoices;
- Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry);
- Helping with procurement processes (market research and cost analysis, schedule

meetings, implement procurement process);
- Invoicing clients;
- Control of the Company cash sheet.
