Assistant Office Manager

We are currently seeking for an **Assistant Office Manager** to work in our headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Attend important meetings and conference calls as necessary, ensuring all relevant documents are prepared in advance;
- Take charge of managing all daily office aspects, including coordinating with staff and a global network;
- Facilitate seamless communication between the investor and their professional team, including attorneys, accountants, and advisors;
- Handle financial matters, including banking, budgeting, invoice processing, and collaborating with accountants.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Native Chinese speaker;
- Proficient in English;
- Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail;
- Display a high level of professionalism and discretion, recognizing the importance of handling sensitive and confidential information;
- Capable of working independently and proactively, anticipating needs, and taking initiative accordingly;
- Young and open-minded team player.
