We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Facilities Assistant specializing to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Process invoices and goods receipts in SAP
Handle purchase order processing and management
**Perform administrative tasks in Spanish, including**:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial documents
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries
Assist in maintaining organized documentation
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
1 year of experience in similar administrative role
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred
Good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
