We are looking for a results oriented and passionate Channel Partner Manager to join our team developing our consumer distribution in Iberia and select markets across Europe, based out of Lisbon, Portugal. This role will drive important relationships and growth with key strategic channel partners across a wide range of markets across Europe.

This is a full time role with travel as required.

Key Accountabilities- Build long term relationship with the key channel partners and be the first point of contact.- Create strategic annual, quarterly, and monthly execution plans with key distributor partners- Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic plans for growth.- Achieve target revenue, and gross margin objectives.- Collaborate with key stakeholders across global functions to deliver results.- Manage sell-in performance and steer sell-through activities.- Be the voice of the key channel partners in business planning and strategic initiatives.-
- Develop strategic relationships and oversee on-going cooperation with territory reps and distribution partner personnel.- Document all sales opportunities in CRM software.- Monthly forecast preparation and sales pipeline reviews and update with sales management- Develops deep knowledge of Bose’s product portfolio and collaborates with product team to deliver high quality product training to customer and sales reps.- Anticipate challenges in business cycles and recommend mitigation plans.

Key Skills:
- Experience with delivered growth in B2B sales management, distributor management for more than 10 yrs.- Hands on experience managing Key accounts across multiple geographies- Extensive knowledge about consumer electronics industry- Extensive experience with marketing planning and execution (Online and offline)- Fluent English and Spanish and Portuguese strongly preferred- Strong results orientation- Business performance management & market development- Strong understanding of offline and online marketing- International Business Acumen- Sales budgeting & forecasting- Problem Solving- Decision Making & Critical Thinking- Strategic thinking & Personal leadership- Negotiation, Communication & Interpersonal relationship skills
