**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with event planning software and technology
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Creation of CLO processes for all forms and for all types of customers
- Manage and assist in creating and requesting promotional materials, including invitations, signage, and programs
- Coordinate or assist with CLO logistics, including transportation, catering, and audio/visual requirements
- Develop communication plans and materials, including press releases, newsletters, and website content
- Create CLO sponsorship packages
- Establish CLO timelines and schedules, ensuring all parties involved are informed
- Support the setup and breakdown of CLO venues, including furniture arrangement, decoration, and managing equipment rentals
- Assist in managing CLO budgets, track expenses, and reconcile invoices
- Develop an outsourcing plan for CLOs as needed
- Provide on-site support during CLOs, managing registration, welcoming attendees, and addressing any issues that arise
- Conduct post-CLO evaluations to collect feedback and assess the success of the CLO, including generating evaluation reports
- Maintain accurate records of CLO details, including attendee lists, vendor contracts, and other pertinent information
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by the CLO coordinator or supervisor
