**About cleanup**:
We are an innovative industrial laundry company serving the hotel industry. With a dedicated team of 35 people, we specialize in providing top-tier cleaning services to hotels across Portugal. As we expand into linen rental, we are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our efforts in acquiring key hotel clients and shaping the future of our business.

**Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire high-end hotel clients;
- Refine the value proposition, sales pitch and client-facing materials, including presentations and proposals;
- Establish scalable sales processes and optimise the sales funnel;
- Work closely with the CEO and team to align goals and strategies;
- Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering measurable growth in hotel client acquisition.

**Ideal Profile**:

- Proven Enterprise Sales Experience 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the hospitality, services, or industrial sectors;
- Sales Strategy & Execution Strong track record of working with different sales processes;
- Industry knowledge experience in or familiarity with the hospitality industry, especially working with hotels, is highly preferred;
- Pitch & negotiation expertise: demonstrated success in developing and delivering compelling value propositions and closing large deals;
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable with the autonomy to shape the role;
- Portuguese & english proficiency: fluency in portuguese is essential and strong english skills are preferred.
