Welcome to the VVP family as a Personal Assistant in our luxury villas. You will prepare accommodations, welcome guests, manage luggage, provide valet services, and reorganize guest spaces daily. We seek someone who creates unforgettable experiences, with attention to detail, proactivity, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supporting guests' needs and requests and being able to anticipate them throughout their stay in a very detailed manner, with etiquette and protocol at the highest standards of service;
- Duties according to the standards of Luxury Hospitality;
- Preparing accommodation for guests;
- Receiving guests according to the standards laid down;
- Unpacking, packing and storing the guest's suitcase;
- General valet service;
- Daily reorganisation of guest accommodation;
- Promoting the hotel's outlets;
- Preparing and serving meals/drinks to guests;
- Ensuring that nothing is forgotten when guests leave.
