A Tabaqueira está em constante evolução e um dos seus maiores objetivos é o desenvolvimento das suas equipas.

Neste momento, estamos a recrutar um(a) Sales Representative para a zona de Aveiro.

O desafio será realizar ativações em Retalho, com o objetivo de abordar e converter fumadores adultos para as marcas PMI, com base na compreensão e no perfil do consumidor, em conformidade com as diretrizes e princípios da empresa.

O que terás de fazer:

- Desenvolver ativações de forma a maximizar os contatos com os Legal Age Non User Smokers (LANUS), de acordo com a segmentação dos pontos de venda, de forma a abordar e converter fumadores adultos para as marcas PMI;

- Garantir uma cobertura territorial eficaz com base nas diretrizes, planeando e realizando visitas aos pontos de venda, registando todos os dados recolhidos de acordo com os requisitos dos sistemas;

- Introduzir os produtos IQOS e os seus benefícios ao maior número possível de Legal Age Non User Smokers (LANUS) e retalhistas, de forma a aumentar a motivação para esta categoria;

- Cumprir as diretrizes do Guidebook for Sucess, assim como todas as diretrizes definidas pela empresa.

O que deves garantir:

- 12º ano obrigatório (Licenciatura será um plus para desenvolvimento profissional);

- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência profissional prévia será valorizada (preferencialmente em função de Vendas/ Comercial);

- Português fluente (fluência em inglês será valorizada);

- Excelente capacidade de comunicação e gosto genuíno pela área comercial;

- Orientação para trabalhar com objetivos definidos e capacidade para trabalhar com autonomia;

- Comunicação energética, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, escuta ativa e foco no cliente;

- Requisitos legais para trabalhar em Portugal ou cidadania europeia.
