Sales Development Representative

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to make a significant impact on our fast-growing scale-up in the mobile marketing space. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct company research based on our Ideal Customer Profile and outreach prospects with a customized approach.
- Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and personalized emails to enrich our sales pipeline with new opportunities.
- Closely collaborate with our Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate leads to hit personal and team targets.
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with Enterprise companies and C-level titles to identify potential needs and interests.
- Collect and update prospect and company statuses in our CRM to track sales metrics and progress.
- Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.
- Experience with outbound lead generation and multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with prospecting tools and CRM.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Time management skills and independence in work.
