Commercial Deal Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced commercial deal specialist to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies and deal structures that align with our business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of our customers' needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and deal structures to meet business objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform pricing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive contract execution and close deals
- Create sales enablement materials to train sales teams on good practices for product pricing and positioning
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, Bid Management, Commercial Finance, or relevant field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical background with problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to achieve results
