Technical Support Specialist for Global Entertainment Solutions

At Blu Selection, we're seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team. As a key player in addressing escalated customer inquiries and issues related to products and services, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards.
Responsibilities:- Investigate complex cases, analyze data, and identify root causes for timely resolutions
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver solutions
- Make informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs
You'll be an integral part of our team, working behind the best experiences for over 750 leading and digital-first brands worldwide. Our innovative solutions, technology, and expertise are designed to support operational needs and deliver seamless customer experiences.
About You:- Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
- A valid Portuguese work permit (required)
- Living in or willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively
- Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle
- Unfixed term contract, with a 30-day probation period
- Full-time working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00
- Salary conditions: €850 gross per month, along with a €50 tech bonus, a €200 language bonus, and a €120 performance bonus
- A loyalty bonus of €300 will be provided every three months
