">Job Description
">We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist - Global Ambassador to join our busy customer support team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and promoting our brand.
">Your main responsibilities will include:

- Liaising directly with our customers via messaging services and ticketing systems;">
- Providing accurate and timely information on upcoming promotions, regulation changes, and requirements;">
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of PokerStars Guidelines, Policies, and Procedures;">
- Assisting with other duties as requested by management;">
- Contributing to the growth of our brands and development of our services.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English;">

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in communication and office software tools;">
