We offer a competitive salary of approximately €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility as a Technical Support Specialist will be to provide timely and effective technical support to our users. This includes answering questions, resolving problems, and ensuring the best possible user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Outstanding communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Mastery of English language and computer systems
  • Call center experience, preferably in the video game industry or technical/hardware troubleshooting
Benefits

We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development. You will work 40 hours a week, Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm, in our office located in Parque das Nações.
