About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Global Technical Support Solutions Specialist to join our Customer Service & Support (CSS) team. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot and solve complex customer technical issues, accelerating your career growth, honing your problem-solving, collaboration and research skills, and deepening your technical proficiency.
This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work up to 50% from home. You will be part of a dynamic team that builds trust and confidence for every person and organization through delivering a seamless support experience.
Responsibilities
- You will investigate and resolve complex customer technical issues, acting as an advisor to the customer, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
- You will lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching and mentoring of others.
- You will deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues, through training and readiness.
- You will engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving Microsoft product improvements.
Requirements
- Candidate must have hands-on working experience in technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- Candidate must have worked in a global customer service environment resolving complex technical issues.
- Must have worked on sys-admin, active directory, etc.
- SCCM- Config Manager experience/Cloud experience will be a plus.
- Intune/MDM knowledge.
Language Qualification: Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English. Portuguese or Spanish language qualification is also required.
