Sensei is revolutionizing retail and technology with innovative solutions. Our platform digitizes physical stores and powers them with AI and computer-vision technology, enhancing the retail experience and driving business growth.

The Growth Team is responsible for bringing our product to market, from lead generation to contract signing and account management. We're building a team of smart, driven individuals who share our mission to revolutionize retail and grow Sensei into a global leader.

Your mission is to empower the sales team with updated sales materials, actionable insights, strategic guidance, and essential tools that drive growth and efficiency. You'll work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers, prepare business cases, and develop high-quality sales collateral.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Identification: Identify potential customers in existing and emergent markets, complemented with detailed information on each account and strategic alignment for sales opportunities.
  • Business Case Preparation: Prepare business cases for each account and active project, calculating the Return on Investment (RoI) to support the sales process.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to develop high-quality sales collateral, such as one-pagers, business cases, presentations, and videos.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Masters' is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Strategic Consulting, or a related role.
  • Extensive experience in building presentations, market research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
