Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a German-speaking customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients via telephone and email.

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a professional and timely manner. You will work closely with our international team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the international team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a native level of German
  • Fluent level of English
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer support
