Revenue Operations Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team at Signal AI. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance our marketing tools, including Pardot, Qualified, and Salesforce
- Optimise lead management processes, including lead scoring and routing
- Manage data accuracy and integrity by utilising data enrichment tools like Cognism and ZoomInfo
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage marketing campaigns within Salesforce
- Maintain and improve reporting on demand gen activities
- Assist Sales with Territory Mapping
- Support deal desk function globally during crunch time
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required
- Experience with a marketing automation tool, such as Pardot or Hubspot
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Hybrid working environment with 2-3 days remote per week
