Revenue Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team at Signal AI. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead management processes and enhance marketing automation tools like Pardot and Qualified.
• Work closely with the sales team to maintain data accuracy and integrity by managing data enrichment tools like Cognism and ZoomInfo.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage marketing campaigns within Salesforce.
• Maintain and improve reporting on demand gen activities.
• Assist sales with territory mapping and support deal desk function globally during crunch time (end of month).
Requirements:
• Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred but not required).
• Experience with a marketing automation tool (Pardot, Hubspot, etc.).
• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
