About the Role
Signal AI is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This key role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support initiatives, manage system-related tasks, and provide ad-hoc support to the commercial team. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead management processes, enhance marketing automation tools, and analyze campaign performance to ensure smooth operations and effective marketing strategies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This is a global role with a 12pm-8pm working schedule. The successful candidate will work with the commercial teams to:
- Maintain marketing tools, including Pardot, Qualified, and Salesforce
- Enhance and manage the lead management process, including configuring and refining the lead scoring model and optimizing lead routing using Ringlead
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity by managing data enrichment tools like Cognism and ZoomInfo to improve Salesforce data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage marketing campaigns within Salesforce
- Maintain and improve reporting on demand gen activities
- Assist Sales with Territory Mapping
- Support deal desk function globally during crunch time
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required
- Experience with a marketing automation tool, such as Pardot or Hubspot
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
