About the Role

Sales development is a critical component of our EMEA business strategy. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business and delivering on our sales strategy for the region.

You will be responsible for managing a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, with the goal of qualifying as many high-value opportunities as possible for our Account Executives.

We are looking for exceptional sales talent who embody Zendesk's unique culture and can excel in a multicultural team serving markets in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of leads in our CRM to qualify potential opportunities
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers before passing them on to our AEs
  • Show creativity and flourish in a fast-paced environment, finding new and better ways to work
  • Motivate yourself to overachieve on targets and metrics
  • Be the face of the brand, focused on building an outstanding customer experience
Requirements
  • Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Sales experience a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English, German, and Polish; additional languages a plus
  • A 'Can Do' attitude, with a hunger to succeed and overachieve
