Job OverviewThis role will be responsible for managing a designated pipeline and closing new business as a Restaurant Sales Representative. You will consultatively position our distribution platform and value proposition to prospective customers, engage with them appropriately to their needs, and overcome objections to identify solutions.
You will also represent our brand and platform effectively and professionally, achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, and collaborate with sales operations, supplier support, and account management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
Requirements- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with an online company
- Native Portuguese with good level of English
- Restaurant/F&B Distribution to HORECA channels/hospitality industry experience preferred, particularly with sales activities outbound, direct contact with prospects...
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven record of contracting new business and regularly exceeding sales targets
- Territory and pipeline management experience using Salesforce or another CRM tool
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and the relevant language/s of the territory
- Results-driven hunter mentality with relentless drive to sign up new customers
- Proven self-starter with ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision
- Confident and energetic; flexible and adaptable; organized and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A competitive fixed salary (€60,000 - €80,000 per year)
