Customer Service Representative French

Are you a French speaker looking for a remote customer service job? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative French to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a French-speaking customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and positive interactions.
  • Assist with after-sales processes, managing online orders, refunds, and issues efficiently.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure proper escalation when necessary.
  • Answer questions about beauty products, offering expert advice and recommendations.
  • Use cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • C2-level French (spoken and written)
  • B2-level English
  • Experience is not required (but is preferred)
  • Must already reside in Portugal (between Coimbra and Algarve)
  • EU citizenship or a residence permit for Portugal
