We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us drive growth in the restaurant industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and negotiating deals that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly sales targets
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS THROUGH OUTBOUND CALLS AND MEETINGS
  • Negotiate terms, including rates and margins, and close new business
  • Consultatively position our distribution platform and value proposition
  • Collaborate with sales operations, supplier support, and account management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably with an online company
  • Native English language skills, with good written and oral communication skills
  • Restaurant/F&B Distribution to HORECA channels/hospitality industry experience preferred, particularly with sales activities outbound, direct contact with prospects...
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • A proven record of contracting new business and regularly exceeding sales targets
  • Territory and pipeline management experience using Salesforce or another CRM tool
  • Good self-starter mentality with ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision

Location

This role is based in our European office, with travel required to attend trade events, participate in regional speaking engagements, and/or attend internal team meetings, as needed. Applicants must have the right to work in the EU.
