Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portugal (remote). As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences for our clients.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you will work on indefinite contracts with negotiable terms based on your experience and our client's needs. Your primary responsibilities will include answering and handling cases from main channels like phone, chat, and mail, providing accurate information, and resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a high level of German (written and oral) and a good level of English, excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit. Previous experience in Customer Service is also essential. If you're passionate about new technologies and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
