About MIKUTA
Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens White in 2017, MIKUTA has rapidly grown to become a prominent direct-to-consumer fashion brand. With a strong presence in Europe and a production office in northern Portugal, MIKUTA offers a diverse range of products across four collection cycles.
We are currently launching our flagship store in Berlin, providing customers with the opportunity to experience the brand firsthand before making a purchase decision.
The ideal candidate will be an English-speaking customer service specialist responsible for ensuring seamless interactions with MIKUTA's customers. This role involves:
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer support via email, social media, WhatsApp, and chat platforms;
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to orders, products, and general customer support;
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner;
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating internal systems as needed.
About You:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs;
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively;
- Able to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
Salary and Benefits: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
