Customer Support Role

As a key member of our team at Cross Border Talents, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on handling customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. You will be expected to provide high levels of customer service, resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues, and document interactions accurately. Adaptability and a willingness to contribute ideas for improvement are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Language Requirements
- Native or Proficient Italian (C2)
- English
