Expert Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary
The Expert Customer Experience Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting Nestlé consumers with their queries and concerns regarding our products and services. This individual will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities as per standard procedure.
A Day in the Life
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify customer needs and provide assistance to customers using specific features
- Report product malfunctions and share feature requests with relevant stakeholders
- Inform customers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Gather consumers' feedback and contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge-based documents
- Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelines
