Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Sales Manager to join our Accor Hotels team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
About the Role- Consistently provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions.
- Develop and execute action plans to secure corporate business, including establishing parameters, negotiating prices, and confirming contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver contract details and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prioritize administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records in relevant software applications.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attending tradeshows and conventions as needed.
- Analyze sales data to inform quarterly and annual reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operational delivery.
- Previous sales experience is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant computer applications is necessary for efficient task management.
- A university/college degree in a related discipline is preferred, although not mandatory.
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
