About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to clients via email, chat, and phone.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency (C2 level) in Hebrew
  • Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
  • Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferred)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
