We are seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Lisbon office and provide exceptional support to French-speaking clients. This role involves working closely with our support team to efficiently answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

About the Role

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat and phone in a friendly and efficient manner. You will collaborate with our product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features and troubleshoot customer issues. You will also help turn both new and existing customers into loyal users by providing suitable solutions and excellent customer service. We are looking for someone passionate about helping others and making a positive impact.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:
  1. Fluency in French and English (additional languages such as Portuguese, German, or Spanish are a plus)
  2. At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Ability to multitask and manage several customer conversations simultaneously
  5. BASIC knowledge of sales processes (e.g., lead tracking, reporting)
  6. Familiarity with email systems and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage
