HR Assistant

Job Description:
In partnership with our client, we are seeking an HR Assistant to support the R2 HR necessities in various areas, including HR Processes, Administrative tasks, and ad hoc HR requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, data analysis focus, and structure and organization abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Processes and Administrative tasks
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights
- Design, organize, and structure HR Processes
- Perform Global Workforce Transition tasks
- Other related tasks
Requirements:
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- English proficiency
- Design tools and techniques (desirable)
- Knowledge of Success factors (desirable)
- Behaviours and inter-personal skills
- 2-3 years of experience in Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, Economics, or related areas
