As a highly motivated Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact. We welcome candidates who are willing to relocate to Lisbon.
Job Description:
We're scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. What you'll need to succeed:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS business.
- Proven track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales.
- Have a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to meet, and exceed KPIs.
- Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written.
You'll get:
- €60,000-80,000 + commission + equity
- Hybrid working model: 2 days remote, 3 days in our Lisbon office
