About the Role

At Cross Border Talents, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braga, Portugal.

Job Summary

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong proficiency in French. As a Cross Border Talents Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Delivery: Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.
  • Inquiry Handling: Assist customers with their product and service-related queries, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in our system, guaranteeing seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with team members to resolve complex issues, enhance overall customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve skills, expand knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Native proficiency in French is required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, driving results-oriented solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer systems and customer management software is necessary for success in this role.
Work Schedule:
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Rotational shifts of 8 hours per day).
  • Days Off: Enjoy fixed Sunday + 1 rotational day off during the week.
