About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at VELUX Group. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to contribute to company growth and expansion.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by engaging in open and interactive communication, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Adhere to established procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain high service quality standards.

Your Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or as a Client Service Representative is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices for efficient customer management.
  • A customer-centric mindset, enabling you to effectively navigate multiple personalities and situations.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (native speaker), with proficiency in Spanish and good English language skills.

Earning Potential
